How long does it take to process my order?

Hey there! When it comes to processing your order, we usually take around 3-4 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays). We totally get it though, nobody likes to wait too long. So, we're always doing our best to speed things up and get your order out the door as quickly as possible. We're committed to making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. If there are any unexpected delays, don't worry, we'll give you a heads up and keep you in the loop. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

What is the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. To check the status of your order, go to: Track my order. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! We completely understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. We do have a cancellation policy in place, allowing cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us right away. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy, as it helps us maintain an efficient order fulfillment system.

At SoftBloom, we utilize UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. Rates and delivery times are based on UPS and USPS operations. These rates are made available to you upon check out.

What is your return / exhange policy?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to help you make an informed purchase decision.
