Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • We ship from Wisconsin, USA
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at softbloomapparel@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you re-submit your order. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are based on shipment carriers and are subject to change.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delivery delays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • SoftBloom Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
