My name is Mai🌼

I am the owner and founder of SoftBloom Apparel. From designing to production, and order fulfillment - I am a one woman team! I've always loved being a creative and I never thought that I'd one day own a small business, let alone be creating my own clothing brand.

The inspiration for SoftBloom sparked after I graduated college. After months of job searching, I spent a lot of time contemplating my career choices. Who says I had to choose a traditional 9-5? Why not try something different, and maybe a tad risky: becoming my own boss.

And so, with a lot of hope and determination, SoftBloom was born.

Now, after all the late nights and tough decisions that challenged my comfort zone - this shop has become so much more than myself. I hope that when you wear one of my designs, you are gently reminded "to bloom at your own pace". If I fell into the pressure of catching up with everyone else, I probably would've never gotten to see the extent of my creativity. I'm thankful I took the leap! And, I'm so grateful you all love my work as much as I do.
