Refund policy

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation 

  • If you must cancel an order, please do so within 48 hours of placing your order
  • After 48 hours, we will no longer be able to cancel your order, because this is typically when processing has already started. 

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve confirmed your order cancellation. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at softbloomapparel@gmail.com.
